Afterbeat is designed to keep data handling simple and local whenever possible. The app runs on Apple Watch and helps users manually record private rhythm-based sessions.

Data We Access

How Data Is Used

What We Do Not Do

Storage

Session history is stored locally on the user’s device. If a future version introduces cloud sync, account systems, or server-side backup, this policy must be updated before those features are released.

Health Data

If the user grants HealthKit access, Afterbeat reads heart-rate data during and after a session in order to improve the session summary. Afterbeat is not a medical app and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

User Control

Children

Afterbeat is not directed to children.
